Law enforcement agencies in Arlington heights (Illinois) are investigating the tragic incident that took the life of a little girl.
According to preliminary data, two friends built a snow castle, which subsequently collapsed directly on the children and covered them with a thick layer of snow. One girl was rescued, but the second child did not survive.
As representatives of the police Department Arlington heights (Arlington Heights Police Department — AHPD), the tragedy occurred last Sunday, at around 14:30 local time. The girls arrived with their relatives to the Church Rothem Church. While their parents were in the service, girlfriend played in the surrounding area.

During the games kids have built a snow castle and climbed into it. It was at this point an improvised construction collapsed, burying alive baby girls. Next to no adults, causing more than 60 minutes children were under the snow. Only an hour later the parents discovered the loss of her daughters and began to track them down. In the end, babies found under snowdrifts.
On a place of incident urgently called emergency. Doctors found that 9-year-old girl is conscious but had hypothermia. Unfortunately, her 12-year-old friend suffered much more. The child was urgently hospitalized, but the hospital my baby’s heart stopped. The doctors were unable to save the girl and at 16:30 local time, she was declared dead.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the tragic incident. At the moment the incident is an accident, and no charges have been laid. The family of the dead girl is in shock and cannot believe this is happening.
