The suspect (presumably he called the police) detained. 34-year-old shooter says the gunman first opened fire on his car when he drove past. Police say they found in his car of bullet holes. The suspect from the shots was not injured, but, being under fire, he crashed into another car. Third, the involuntary participant of the incident, who was riding in the car, was not injured, his car suffered minor damage.

The man says that has never met with the victim and did not know what could be a related attack. Police do not believe and declare that investigation will establish exactly what happened this morning on Albany Avenue.
