Convicted of trafficking, who escaped from jail in Alabama, caught

This week in a correctional facility St. Clair in Springville (al) has occurred escape: Wednesday, January 23, at will, managed to break 30-year-old Corey ARIS Davis, convicted for life for trafficking.

Davis was among those who worked in the prison factory for the manufacture of furniture, which is managed by the Alabama Correctional Industries (ACI). The representative of the Department of corrections of Alabama Bob Horton in his statement said that Davis was able to hide in a truck used for transporting ready-made furniture. The truck drove through the gates of the correctional facility at about 12:30 and went to another prison facility ACI, located in the same state, in Montgomery.

That Davis was gone, it became known in the evening check, which is held daily at 20:00. Davis was not in the chamber, and the investigators find out why his disappearance was not known before. There is a suspicion that he helped the three prisoners.

The investigators found that Davis was able to hide in one of the pieces of furniture in the truck, and when he arrived in Montgomery and was parked near a local correctional facility, escaped from him and disappeared in an unknown direction.

Whatever it was, but Davis failed a long time to disappear. Today, January 26, the Department of corrections of Alabama announced that a fugitive found and arrested. Details are not yet published.
