The NYPD put out a $2.5 thousand for information about the killer of 19-year-old boy in Brooklyn

Police say 19-year-old Devonte Jovi Cameron was shot in the chest at the corner of Weirfield street and Bushwick Avenue at about 20:50 on Saturday.

The videos from the scene, which managed to find the police, it is clear that the young man argues and tries to escape from two men. One of the attackers pulls out a gun and shoots the teenager in the chest, and then both run away, and Cameron falls to the asphalt.

The wounded boy was taken to medical center Wyckoff Heights, but to save him failed.

The police has announced a reward of 2.5 thousand dollars for assistance in capturing criminals.

One of the suspects was wearing a two tone hooded coat, blue jeans and black sneakers. On the other was a black jacket with a hood, black sweatpants with white stripes on the sides and black and gray sneakers.

On the spot where he was killed a teenager, a memorial was installed. Family and friends gathered Monday night to mourn the young man.

«It’s a crazy surprise. It’s hard to believe this could happen that he could get into some kind of gang thing. He never associated with gangs,» said yasmin, a friend of the victim, reporters News 12 Brooklyn.
