26-year-old Dowie nickels was arrested for Masturbation in front of passers-by, but it continue to enjoy yourselves in handcuffs, on the way to the police station.
The call to the JW Marriott hotel Austin on Congress Avenue in Austin (TX) police arrived January 29, at 17.20. Militiamen said about the woman lifting her legs, holding a «silver object» in front of their genitals.
According to the hotel employee, nickels a few minutes masturbated in the courtyard of the hotel, «uttering moans». When he tried to approach satisfied himself to the woman, she screamed so he stopped. She then went to Second Bar + Kitchen on the other side of the street, where he continued his business.
When police approached the woman, she took his hands from under the table, but the officers «noticed that the men had no pants.» According to the police, being handcuffed, she continued to masturbate in the back seat of the patrol car.

Nickels was charged with public indecency. Now she is in the Travis County Jail and could bail at $3 thousand.
This is not the first was the case, when this hot lady is faced with the law. In recent years she was arrested several times.
