The tragedy occurred approximately at 13.20. The 911 received a report of a shooting in 13.24. As soon learned that he was fired, Gary Martin grabbed the gun Smith & Wesson 40-caliber pistol and began shooting. The first bullet went to Trevor Venus and 2 colleagues. Leaving the office, a man shot and killed 2 employees. In addition to Trevor’s Venus his victims were Clayton parks, Russell Beyer, Vicente Juarez and Josh Pinkard.
Martin managed to wound 5 policemen, 14.59 before he was shot. According to police, licenses for possession of weapons the shooter was not.
As reported on Saturday, the police chief of Aurora Kristen Ziman, dismissal reasons Martin is not yet known. «We suspect that he knew about what was going to happen, as evidenced by the presence of his firearm,» said Kristen Simon.
Gary Martin was arrested at least 6 times, including for aggravated assault in Mississippi. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. After will Martin moved to Ororo, where for 15 years he worked as a collector in the Henry Pratt.
