The tragedy ended with a verbal altercation between two men in upstate new York on Wednesday, February 20.

Knocking a few people, the man had calmed down, and turned the car around and made repeated hitting. 32-year-old Melissa Castillo Deloach died in the hospital while the other victims received severe injuries.
Eye-witnesses immediately called the police. Arrived on a call, officers encountered an aggressive driver who refused to surrender and brandished a knife. Militiamen managed to neutralise the criminal and to arrest him.
