The video shows how the teacher fractured the skull of 3-year-old little girl, throwing her across the room. She told parents that the girl fell

Terrible incident occurred in the Brighter Day Care and Preschool in North County of St. Louis (mo). The kindergarten teacher in front of other children 3 year old little girl by the hand and threw it across the room.

The child was quickly taken to a local hospital, where she has got seven stitches. The photographs published after the incident, visible gash on the forehead of the child.

Later, the teacher sent to parents of the victim a note that said «she fell». But the truth came out after watching the video from surveillance cameras.

In the videos the girl looks calm. Then the teacher approaches her, grabs the hand, drags her and throws it across the room.

Now her family, who asks to remain anonymous, hired a lawyer. There is no information on whether already filed in court.

«This family had no idea that the fall of the baby actually turned out to be an attack on her, until they came to see this video,» said Fox2 attorney Jennifer Hansen, who represents the family of the girl. According to her, they do not want to disclose their names. — «One of the most shocking facts is that the head of the kindergarten, watched the recording from the cameras».

The Director dismissed the teacher after watching the video. Police are investigating along with the inspectors for the protection of children. Previously it was reported about cases of injury to kids in the kindergarten.

In may 2018, it became known that the teacher «threw the baby in the crib»and another teacher «holding the child by the wrist, dragged him across the room.» In March 2016, the inspectors reported that «the child fell from a chair and sustained a fracture of the left femur».

The kindergarten Director Sharon Williams told KTVI that she could not comment on the situation due to the ongoing investigation. But later her lawyer issued a statement which said: «All teachers and staff are properly trained and extremely qualified».
