In new York mother and two children were poisoned by carbon monoxide in their own home

Almost the whole family, including dogs, were poisoned by carbon monoxide in the County of Rockland (new York).

The victims were discovered by father Marcus Solis. Marcus said that he had left the house on Bolger Lane (over in airmont, Rampao) today at 5 o’clock in the morning. Returning 6 hours later, he found that all the members of his family – two teenage girls, their mother and even the dog lying on the floor unconscious. Solis immediately called the emergency services.

Arriving at the scene police gave first aid 54-year-old woman and girls 16 and 14 years old. Three victims were taken in serious condition to Westchester Medical Center with symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning. The dogs were taken to the animal hospital, their condition unknown.

Fire services Tallman and Suffern were also seen at the scene.

Police said that in the basement was discovered high levels of carbon monoxide.

The investigation is ongoing, because the source of carbon monoxide is still missing.
