A school bus with a sports team was involved in an accident.

Three people were killed (including one child) after the bus with the school’s women’s softball team collided with another vehicle in Oklahoma.

As reported in police, the accident occurred on Friday evening, March 8, in the district of Bowlegs (Oklahoma) on highway 99 in the County of Seminole, about an hour drive South-East of Oklahoma city.

Killed two adults in the SUV and one girl-the girl from the bus.

According to representatives of the patrol police of the state of Oklahoma, a student was from the Konawa Junior High School. Her name and age not released to the public.

«This is an incredible tragedy for the school, the community, and, of course, for the family, said school Director Caris Reavis. They played in Oakham [city an hour away to the North-East of Conwy] and returned to Kanavu».

Konawa just 20 minutes South of Bowlegs, where the accident occurred.

According to authorities, the accident injured six people, all on the school bus. 30-year-old driver was taken to hospital with head injuries, hands and feet, but later, the man was allowed to go home.
