Law enforcement authorities in Missouri are investigating a murder that occurred on 7 March in the city of Fulton.

According to available information, a local resident accidentally shot and killed her boyfriend when the couple tried to reproduce the scene from the movie. Both participants of incident were in an alcohol intoxication, and the woman, among other things, was under the influence of prescription drugs.

As representatives of the police Department Fulton (Fulton Police Department – FPD), last Thursday, 36-year-old David Dalton and his 37-year-old girlfriend Kalesha Marie Peterson watched the movie. In parallel, the pair drank alcoholic beverages, wishing in this way to brighten up your leisure time.

The woman claims that at some point her boyfriend proposed to play a scene from the movie. As props, they took a .38 revolver stored in the bedroom, and began to play any movie moment. Then everything happened according to the law of the genre: the gun is fired and the bullet hit David Dalton in the head.

The shocked woman called the 911 dispatcher and was soon on a scene there has arrived police. The man was urgently taken to a nearby hospital, but doctors were unable to save him.

As for Peterson, she was trying to convince the police of his innocence, however, she still got arrested. The title of the film, the militiamen refused to name, having referred to secrecy of the investigation.

During the investigation it turned out that the woman uses prescription drugs and that night deliberately mixed them with alcohol. According to police, all these factors led to the tragedy. Now Caleshu Peterson accused of second-degree murder and illegal use of weapons.
