The man accused of polygamy, pleaded guilty, but avoid prison, if within the next 5 years will not repeat their mistakes.
Michael Middleton (43 years) married resident of Georgia in 2006, a woman from Alabama — 201-m and a resident of new Hampshire in 2013. Already in new Hampshire, Michael was charged with bigamy, but, according to court records, it did not stop him in 2016 to marry for the fourth time a resident of Kentucky.
Prosecutors said in court that he used their marriage to have access to money wives. Attorney David Rothman read out in court the statement of the wife of Middleton from new Hampshire, Alicia Grant, which told how Middleton was transformed from a sensitive boyfriend in the indifferent husband. Alicia wrote: «When we got married 6 years ago, I thought I found in him a companion, someone with whom he could share pleasant and unpleasant moments, the man will be my children. Instead, I endured 6 years of pain and misery, when he tried to break free from his lies and manipulation.»
Middleton was arrested in Ohio in February. In addition, the man he was charged with domestic violence.
As his 12-month probation officials will ensure that it cannot be accused of domestic violence or the use of prohibited substances. In addition, he will be forced to see a psychologist.

Interestingly, neither he nor his lawyer at the trial did not speak, just answered the judge’s questions. After the hearing, Middleton asked whether he be ashamed for his actions. He answered the reporters that he began «to feel sorry for and understand» his wife from new Hampshire after he heard her letter. He said: «It was a favorable outcome. I hope to continue to live and put up with all that fell on me.»
