Florida resident told authorities that he saw a man beaten with brick 3-year-old girl who could not get out of the dumpster.
Jose Sotomayor said that was at his home in Miami gardens when he heard loud noises. He went outside, where he witnessed the horrific scene. Jose said he grabbed the man and yelled at him, but he managed to escape. Sotomayor added: «I Wait another 2-3 minutes, he would have killed her.»
As reported by WTVJ, in the incident the girl has a badly bleeding head. She was taken to the hospital, where she remains until now. A spokeswoman for the police said that her condition is critical.

It is also reported that the authorities took into custody 18-year-old relative of the child.
The suspect, identified by local media as as trystine Tavares Bernard, was arrested and faces charges of cruelty to a child, beating with aggravating circumstances and attempted murder.
