«I heard a loud sound and then a cry from the roof of the building, — said the neighbor, Dayo Adebanjo. First was the idea that someone fell, but did not believe it. I decided – no, not maybe. And then I heard a woman screaming: «Reilly, o God, my God, Riley! Is she dead? Is she dead?!».

Said the neighbor, she looked out the window and saw lying on the ground, Reilly Hamilton.

«She cried when her friends shouted that she’ll be fine. She was conscious, saying that her feet hurt,» — said Adebanjo.

The paramedics took Reilly Hamilton in Bellevue Hospital. The girl was diagnosed with fractures of the pelvis, left ankle and right hand. According to doctors, she is in a serious but stable condition.

Another resident of the house, who wished to remain anonymous, told the Daily News that «loud party» lasted two days.

«I went to work, and they were celebrating. I came back at 6 in the morning, and they were celebrating,» said the man.
