In Arkansas, a previously convicted sex offender told the hospital staff that he was «going to rape the first woman you see.»

The police say that the man said it because he wanted to go back to prison.

As reported in the office of the Sheriff of the County of London, in October 1996, John West was convicted of the rape of 4-year-old child.

It is unclear when he was released, but West is considered «a criminal of the 3rd level» that puts him in the category of «high risk» on the website registry of sex offenders Arkansas.

Recently a man was arrested for disorderly conduct (details of incident) and was taken to the hospital in little rockthat psychiatrists have identified his condition.

According to Hempstead County Sheriff James singleton, West indicated that he was homeless and expressed a desire to return to the Department of corrections Arkansas. The man told the hospital staff that, if released, he «will rape the first woman.»

«West obviously has a mental disorder, but stable during medication. But he told hospital staff that he would not take medicine, if you will,» said Sheriff singleton.

Yesterday, may 8, at the Sheriff’s office said that while the West remains in custody after leaving the hospital. This time, however, he was arrested only for disorderly conduct, therefore law enforcement can’t tell you how long a sex offender is in custody.

The Sheriff said he would keep County residents aware of this situation, because «he is afraid for the safety of citizens» in case West will be released.
