20-year-old Kane A. Luzader is accused of the brutal murder of at least 12 cats and kittens in St. Peters (County of St. Charles, Missouri). According to prosecutors, he took the cats from their former owners on Craigslist supposedly to attach, then dismembered and discarded corpses. By law, a criminal offense, not misconduct, because he is accused of torture or the mutilation of cats while they were alive.
The corpses of mutilated cats since January began to appear on the street Wild Deer Lane, where he lives with grandma and grandpa Luzader. On Monday, passers-by had spotted the man putting a dead cat from a package near the house Luzader and the car Luzader matched the one on which he was driving, according to a statement filed in court by the police of the County of St. Charles.

When police met with Rosaderm, I saw he scratched his hands. On the question of what happened, he first claimed that his scratched an elderly patient at the hospital where he worked. However, the scratches were not similar to applied human fingernails, but very like a cat. Later, according to the investigation, Luzader admitted that taking on Craigslist cats and kittens, breaking their heads, legs, strangled in a bathtub and dismembered, chopping off heads and limbs. The scratches were from the last cat he killed on Sunday.
The charges were filed on Friday. On Saturday, district attorney St. Charles Tim Lohmar said STL Today that perhaps charges will be more. The lawyer of the detainee declined to comment to the press.
