Plastic surgeon from new York held a series of negligent operations, and then presumably ran away from USA

Plastic surgeon allegedly left the country, leaving a number of patients, frustrated by his careless tummy tucks and liposuction. In addition, patients now doctors can’t even get their medical records.

Office of professional medical conduct deprived Dr. Amnon Eric Sadeh license this month after he failed to provide medical records that he demanded, and then did not appear at the disciplinary hearing.

From March 2016 the investigators tried to get copies of the medical records of 5 patients Sadeh, but the doctor stopped to answer their queries in July 2016.

He sold his apartment in Tribeca in August 2016 for $3.2 million

The state continued to send the doctor letter with acknowledgment of receipt, but received no response. According to the Department of health of the state of new York, in August 2018, the mother of Sadeh said that the surgeon is in Israel.

The mother of the patient, surgeon Ana Kardashian said that have not received medical records after plastic surgery on her daughter’s nose, held in 2015, despite the fact that complained to the state. She said her daughter was hospitalized after a surgeon had prescribed too many painkillers after surgery.

The girl’s mother explained: «the most frustrating health Department of the state of new York. I assumed that they would take some more effective measures, but they made us wait a very long time, and then… said that I can not locate this man.»

The disappearance of the surgeon also forced former patients to try to file lawsuits. Joshua Fogel, which represents the 2 women, saying that Sadegh poorly performed tummy tuck, noted that legal claims cannot be run because the location of the surgeon are unknown.

He also did not respond to a message that he conveyed through his mother.

«As soon as it became clear that this doctor will not cooperate, the Department immediately took steps to make sure that he can no longer practice medicine in new York,» said a spokeswoman for the state Department of health new York Jill Montag, who said that the Agency is still trying to help patients to obtain their medical records.
