Michigan 6-month-old girl held in a Motel room for 3 days alone with dead bodies of parents

In a Motel room in Whitehall (mi) police found the bodies of two people. Near them was found a 6 month old baby girl is dehydrated, in critical condition, but alive. The father and mother of the child had been dead about three days. The police also found tools for drug use: assume that the pair died from an overdose.

The couple, according to their relatives, held in a Motel for about a week. Three days until the baby was in the room with the bodies of the parents, the Motel staff did not report that the child is crying, nor anything suspicious.

Relatives of the couples filed in January a request to the guardianship, worrying about her baby’s health. According to the grandparents, mother and father regularly went to jail.

An autopsy of 26-year-old Jessica Bremer and 28-year-old Christian reed determined the time of death but not the cause. Forensic physicians are waiting for the toxicology report. Their daughter Scalia in critical condition was taken to children’s hospital. She is on the mend, and the doctors say that the girl was soon fully recovered.
