Carissa, Fretwell and 3-year-old son Billy was last seen on may 13 in West Salem. The family went to the police on may 17 after it became known that the woman did not show up for work.

Initially, Wolfe, who lives in a rural area in the district of Yamhill, was called a person of interest in this case. On Friday, may 24, Lieutenant Treven Apts reported that detectives found him in a doughnut shop Blue Star Donuts in Portland at 12th and Morrison streets and arrested.

According to court documents, a recent DNA test showed that Wolfe, who has his own family, was the biological father of Billy, and he was ordered to pay $ 900 a month for child support. The boy was conceived during an affair when they both worked in a steel mill in Mcminnville.

«They never had relations. She had no idea that he was married until a couple of weeks, she got pregnant, told a friend Fretwell Megan Harper KATU. Then he offered to pay for the abortion.»

Harper argues that «her first thought» after the loss of Fretwell was that wolf’s involved in this.

«Was all the warning signs — said Harper. — He was sending her creepy things in the mail.»

And two months before the disappearance of Fretwell and Billy, their neighbor heard a quarrel in the apartment.

«We heard a man and woman arguing incredibly loud, said Robert Allen KOIN. Man a lot of cursing in the background a child was crying, and the woman yelled at him to leave her apartment».

Wolfe was charged with two counts of murder with aggravating circumstances and two items of kidnapping in the first degree on Saturday, may 25, at the Yamhill County Jail. A man cannot be released on bail.
