Sunday, may 26, about 6:30 a.m. in the Sheldon (new York) there was a terrible accident, which killed a small child and two women. Reportedly, a family from new Jersey, 4 adults and 5 children aged 4 to 14 years, went to Niagara falls on the SUV. In’s (a small town 48 km from Buffalo) at the intersection of Route 20A and Maxon Road in their car at speed crashed into a pickup truck driven by 20-year-old Richard Sawicki.

Richard Sawicki of Lackawanna (NY) was arrested on charges of aggravated murder, driving in a condition of alcoholic intoxication and reckless driving. For him a bond in $200 thousand At the present time he is in County jail Wyoming. The trial is to be held on June 10.
