On Sunday, the mother of 8-month-old ruby called 911 to report his daughter’s disappearance from a Motel in the County of Tioga (new York). Presumably, for an hour to call the father to take the child away in an unknown direction. The woman lived in the Motel for a couple of months and left a daughter and two toddlers, aged 2 and 4 years, under the supervision of a relative, and when he returned found that the younger girls there.

After starting the search, police received another call. After that, the officers came across Cody Franciscovich, 25 years old, who wandered around naked on the road to the West of the Motel. He voluntarily took the police to the pond in the cemetery of St. Patrick’s, where police found the body of his 8-month-old daughter. The child was floating face down, the officers tried to resuscitate the baby, but to no avail. She was found dead in the hospital, UHS Wilson Medical Center.
Franciskovic claims not to blame for her death. The court brought up on charges in a conscious and deliberate first-degree murder. Father suspected of raping a child before he died.
Although the allegations in this paragraph not yet put forward in the court records indicate that he allegedly committed rape in the first degree and criminal sexual act in the first degree before he killed his daughter. There is a possibility that the man killed the baby in the process of abuse.
If they prove his guilt, Franciscovich waiting for a life time. Now he is being held in custody without bail.

On June 14 the court will hear testimony and decide whether the murder is committed. After that, it will pass to the Tioga County courthouse.
