Two more Americans died mysteriously on vacation in the Dominican Republic. The number of victims rose to 11

Families of two US citizens stated that their relatives died suddenly during a visit to the Dominican Republic, bringing the total death toll on the rest of Americans has reached 11 people.

Two other victims were 41-year-old veteran Chris Palmer from Kansas, and a 69-year-old pensioner Barbara Diane Mather Mitchell from Pennsylvania.

In April 2018, Palmer stayed at the hotel Villa Cocotal Palma Resort in Punta Cana. According to friends and family, he worked at the Mexican resort and went to the Dominican Republic to coach diving.

His daughter, Megan Palmer, told Fox that at some point during your stay in the Dominican Republic the father said to his friends that he feels a strong headache.

Like many others whose relatives died recently, close to Palmer said that the authorities of the Dominican Republic has pressured them to cremate his body.

The second victim, Mather, Mitchell, died 17 September 2016 at the Excellence resort in Punta Cana, where she celebrated her birthday with her son. On the second day after she drank the cocktail, she became ill. The next day she got worse.

The family contacted the doctor who suggested the woman to go to the hospital. In the ambulance she had a cardiac arrest.

When the woman’s body arrived in the United States, it was in such a bad state that relatives could not identify her.

According to the official data of the authorities of the Dominican Republic, Palmer and Mather Mitchell died of heart attacks. But relatives of the woman claim that she was a nurse and would know the symptoms of a heart attack.
