The footage from the body camera of one of the police officers of the County of Forsyth (GA) break lying on the grass with a plastic bag, inside of which a newborn baby. The girl was found on the side of Davos Creek Road the night of June 6 — thanks to local residents who heard a baby crying.
Attention Alan Ragatz and his daughters were attracted by strange noises coming from a wooded area near the house. In search of their source family I came across lying among the leaves a package with a miracle survivor baby inside. Ragatz immediately called the police, after which arrived soon.
The girl was immediately taken to hospital: doctors were convinced that she was right, and gave the child the name «little India».
According to the County Sheriff’s office Forsyth, they’ve got a couple leads on possible name of the baby’s mother, but to find a woman not yet possible.
«We publish this entry, hoping that it will help to know the identity of little India, as well as to show how important it is to put an end to this story.» commented on the power of video.
Now India is under the supervision of the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services. According to the social workers, the girl feels fine.
