Authorities are investigating the death of a man from Florida, whose body is partially eaten by an alligator.
The police arrived on call employee of the company “Mozaik”, reported that he saw in the water on the property of the company human remains and a huge reptile. The animal was an impressive size — about 12 feet in length and weighing approximately 450 pounds. He was caught in a trap, killed, and at autopsy found in the stomach, arm and leg Michael Ford-the second, age 45, from Wachula.

According to the preliminary conclusion of the medical examiner, Ford was drowning, however final cause of death will be known after a toxicology report. The remains were found with multiple lacerations caused by the alligator.
Nearby, detectives found the truck, which Ford bought from his friend. According to relatives, they had not received any word from Michael since June 23.

It is not known what Ford was doing on the private property of the company and whether he was already dead when he was attacked by an alligator.

In may, the alligator broke into the house of a resident of Clearwater in the middle of the night, smashing her kitchen.
