A drug-addicted mother locked four year old kid in the heat in the car with the Windows closed as punishment for bad behavior

Jessica Lee brown, 28, detained on charges of cruel treatment of children. The police of the city of Draper (Utah) found her child locked in a car on Tuesday around 9pm. It is unknown how long the boy stayed in the car, but when police arrived at the scene, the temperature was 26 degrees Celsius. The car was found fit for heroin.

The child’s mother admitted that she used heroin and meth. In addition, after receiving consent to search, the police found in her bag a syringe, and in the back pocket of the car in which sat a child, unused needle.

Brown told police that he locked his son to be punished. He allegedly behaved badly when they were in the Park. When the boy, who looked to be 4-5 years old, was found by the officers, he had swollen eyes, fever and sweating.
