A deadly shooting in a Walmart in Mississippi: 2 officers killed, police officer wounded and the shooter

The shooter shot two people and wounded a police officer Tuesday, 30 Jul, Walmart in North Mississippi.

According to the Department of police of Southaven, the dispatcher began receiving calls about an active arrow in the store at the address 6811 Southcrest Boulevard around 6:30 on Tuesday, July 30. The caller claimed that the alleged suspect had set the fire in the store.

When after six minutes the officers arrived, the building was still about 60 people. They began to search the store and Parking lot, where I found the arrow. The officer shot the suspect, who was hospitalized in an unknown condition, said WATN-TV County Sheriff DeSoto bill Rasco. A policeman was wounded in a bulletproof vest and is expected to be okay.

While the shooter has not been identified, but WREG-TV reported that he worked at Walmart. He was suspended on Monday, July 29, after he put a knife to the customer. Both victims were also employees of Walmart.
