In Fairfield (CA) a homeless mother gave birth to twins on the street and left them at the dumpster.
The police found the kids about 16:00 on Tuesday. Officers tried to save infants, giving them the first aid. Unfortunately, one kid at that time already died. The other was taken to a local hospital.
