The father and stepmother of Milwaukee accused of mistreatment of a child. They allowed their other children to mock the 15-year-old girl, calling it parenting and discipline.
47-year-old Kevin Boone-Bey and his wife Felicia Boone, 34, were found guilty of causing mental and physical injuries, 15-year-old daughter. The girl poured boiling water over his back, was forced to eat and defecate in the same bowl, starved, driven to serious liver damage. The girl was rescued on 5 December, after reporting to the police that one teenager poured boiling water on the other.
