39-year-old Kurt James Brockway of Superior (MT) is accused of assaulting 13-year-old boy who, in his opinion, was disrespectful to the American anthem at the Mineral County Fair and Rodeo Saturday, August 3.

Another witness saw Brockway grabbed the boy by the neck, lifted into the air and threw it on the ground, and then tried to justify your actions in front of other visitors of the fair.
«He said that [child] had shown disrespect to the anthem, and he had every right to do so,» says Hennick.

According to eyewitnesses, Brockway flipped out after he saw that the boy was not removed during the national anthem hat.
The victim was taken to Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital in Spokane on the medical helicopter. His parents say the baby was diagnosed with a fractured skull and bleeding from the ears continued for 6 hours after the incident.
