13-year-old girl with special needs, Christine Pangalangan, died in a hot car after sitting in a hot car for about 2 hours. In the car forgetting her mother Rita Pangalangan, 49 years old. The woman and her friend Larry king, 41, was charged with murder.
Police received a call about a child forgotten in the car. By the time officers arrive the girl has already pulled out of the car relatives and laid on the ground next to the car. She was found dead on the spot.

Pangalangan and king was taken to the Sheriff’s office for questioning, where they were arrested and charged with the murder of a child. According to the Sheriff of Colleton, both suspects are presumed innocent until, until the court prove otherwise. The last twenty years a couple has been arrested multiple times. According to WCIV, in 2000, king was convicted of assault and disorderly conduct.
Rita Pangalangan
Pangalangan works as a teacher in the system of preschool education of the school district of Colleton. In 2014 she was awarded the honorary title of teacher of the year. Representative district Sean Gruber told local news agencies that at the moment she was sent on paid leave.
A family friend, Christine hawk, who was present in court, said that Rita had been careless and left the daughter home alone a few weeks ago when I went to the bar. However, she did not expect to reach such.

Daughter Rita, Elizabeth, called a woman «good mother», adding that all the children on the side of Rita and love her. She believes that, though the king was not brought up Christina, he loved her very much.
