The NYPD is looking for two men who stabbed a subway passenger

Police are searching for two suspects who, according to them, allegedly stabbed and shot the passenger in the subway train in Manhattan on Tuesday, August 27.

According to the NYPD, the victim was on the train about 1 hour a day. When they passed the station 42nd Street/Grand Central Terminal, between it and the two men began to argue. At some point it turned into a fight and the suspect stabbed him with an unknown object in the stomach.

After this, the attackers got off the train at the station Lexington Avenue/59th Street and disappeared.

The alleged perpetrators fled the scene. According to police, one of the suspects is a transsexual, which was a white wig, and a man in a hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans. It is still unknown whether the suspects knew the victim and each other before the incident or why the fight started.

The man was taken to Bellevue Hospital. The doctors say he will survive.
