36-year-old Seth ATOR was identified as the shooter who killed 7 people and injured more than 20 on Saturday, August 31, in Odessa and Midland (state of Texas). Atora was shot by police in the Parking lot of the cinema «Cinergy» in Odessa.
Initially, the police were looking for two shooters, but later investigators said they believe that ATOR acted alone.

ATOR lived in a small house, more like a shed, in Odessa. There was no running water or electricity.
Roommate said Atora, Veronica Alonzo, the man yelled at her a few weeks before shooting «because she left the garbage in a nearby dumpster». Alonzo told CNN that ATOR walked up to her house, holding a rifle. She explained that after this incident, called the police, but nobody came because of «the difficulty of finding the street.»
Alonzo added that she saw the ATOR were shooting at the animal from his home.

Police managed to shoot Atora in the Parking lot of the theater. It was initially reported about 5 deaths, but later officials said that shot 7 people and injuring more than 20, some of them in critical condition.
On Sunday morning President Donald trump praised law enforcement officials and physicians in Texas. He also condemned the action as «still a very sick man.»
