A man committed suicide on the wedding day of his daughter, blowing up their own house

Suburban Pittsburgh (PA) blew up their own building on Saturday, September 14 — the day of the wedding of his daughter. The police believe it was suicide.

Neighbors saw the victim, whose name was not disclosed before the house on Garland St 318. in Edgewood shortly before the incident, at 14:30. Over the next several hours the firemen tried to extinguish the flames and then after the building finally collapsed, managed to find the body.

Nearby we found the car the men c left on the windshield of a mobile phone: about 23:00 local residents were evacuated, to examine the vehicle to ensure no other threats. Around midnight, authorities confirmed that the area is safe.

«This man obviously had serious personal problems. According to neighbors, the chances that he decides to blow up the house, was very large. — said the chief of police of Edgewood Robert Payne — he Probably managed to disconnect the gas line in the basement, and after that it would be enough for spark to the house blew up».

Payne added that most family members of the deceased at the time of the explosion was at the wedding. Why do men prefer to stay at home, is not known, however, there is information that he was suffering from some mental disorder — which at this location has already called the police.
