Flayer beaten to death with an ax two older dogs of his relative with whom he lived

Resident Decors charged with the alleged murders of two elderly small dogs by an ax. The dogs were killed Saturday, after which he was arrested a relative of the owner of tortured animals who lived with him. He was already indicted on 2 counts of animal abuse.

Police officers arrested Douglas Asgaard on the weekends. KIMT reports that the man lived in the home with their relatives during the alleged attack.

It remains totally unclear why Asgaard allegedly killed the dogs or to his relatives they belonged to. But he was charged with 2 counts of animal abuse, and he is imprisoned Winneshiek County Jail until the next hearing in the court. The amount of bail for the release of men to freedom before the court is $5000. The deposits can be made in cash only.

It is reported that Asgard committed a sadistic assault on small animals, while awaiting trial on charges of stealing 2 iPhones from the football stadium of a local College in July. To charges of killing dogs has been added to the charge of a felony for violation of a pretrial monitoring, which was added to common list of offences to men.
