Service dog found the kid with autism who got lost in the woods for 30 minutes

Kid with autism opened the back door of the house and wandered into the thicket. Fortunately, help came two resourceful service dog.

3-year-old edrik Hughes from pace (FL) was home with his grandmother, while his mother, Audra, worked.

As told Audra Hughes of the local branch of CBS, she called work and told the most terrible news that only can hear the mother: «Your child is missing, immediately go back».

Officers unsuccessfully searched for the lost boys about 2 hours, then brought bloodhounds.

Service dogs from the County Sheriff’s office Santa Rosa, it took 30 minutes to find the boy. Adrika found 200 yards from the house, in the bushes of the forest. The child was unharmed except for a few scratches and insect bites.

Sheriff Johnson took bloodhounds to the service about a year ago. During this time the dog found 9 people: including missing older persons, fugitives and lost children.
