The Sheriff’s office of Collier County was declared wanted by the 40-year-old Roberto Lopez, who allegedly raped a 2-year old little girl and left her on the bathroom floor, bleeding.
Lopez may use several aliases, including Rigoberto Lopez Velasquez; Mario Velasquez; Marcos vázquez pérez; Marcos Velasquez; Rigoberto Lopez; Pascual lópez garcía; Marcos vázquez pérez; Marcos Perez Vasquez.
According to the arrest warrant, the father together with the friend brought the baby to the medical center in Immokalee on Monday morning, saying that she fell. At the moment the child is in the care of child services.
