The chief of police of Orinda David cook said East Bay Times that the police arrived at the house, which was filmed in rent AirBNB, at about 22:45. When they arrived, there were at least 100 people who came to the celebration of Halloween.
The County Sheriff’s office contra the press release said that three people were declared dead at the scene and a fourth died in hospital. Several people wounded in the shooting, were taken to the district hospital, although the total number of people still unknown.

The AirBNB representative said that the company is «actively investigating» the incident.
