The driver fired at the children, rushing to his car with snowballs

In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, an unidentified man shot two children, who were thrown into his car with snowballs. As reported by the police Department of the city, the officers arrived at the scene around 19:50 , catching the girl is 12 years old and boy 13 years old with gunshot wounds, not life-threatening. Police rendered first aid to children, who soon was taken to a local hospital.

At the moment is the search for the driver of a white Toyota, which fled the scene.

«Preliminary investigation indicates that both victims were with a group of juveniles who were throwing snowballs at passing cars.» — says the police officer Milwaukee. «One of the snowballs struck a white Toyota and the driver of the car shot at a group of kids, wounding two of them.»

On Saturday, January 4, 2020, at approximately 7:50 p.m., the Milwaukee Police Department responded to a shooting on the 6100 Block of West Birch St. Upon arrival officers found a 12 year old Milwaukee female suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The incident shocked local residents, people no longer feel safe. Some residents argue that even ready to move.

«Is it really need to shoot just because someone threw a snowball?» says a woman living near the scene of the accident.

«My wife and six children, we were all in the kitchen when suddenly he heard loud gunshots. I immediately told everyone to lie down.» adds another local resident. «It’s getting worse.»
