In new York, the 21-year-old boy accused of raping and killing 92-year-old woman

The guy accused of killing 92-year-old lady from Queens, told the police that he was unable to restrain his «uncontrollable urges».

21-year-old Riaz Khan confessed to the horrific murder of Maria Fuertes after the police took him into custody on Thursday, January 9th. He was charged with murder and rape.

Khan told the police that «his whole life was subjected to violence» and was upset that several years ago he had to move to the US with his family from Guyana, said on Friday the Post law enforcement sources.

«He was angry at his father and [claimed] that his brothers never liked him, says the insider. — He having uncontrollable urges, but he never enforced them. It was the first time».

Police said that Maria Fuertes was found unconscious on 127th Street in Ozone Park, not far from his home on 103rd street, January 6, just after midnight.

Ambulance took her to local hospital where she was declared dead.

The attack was partially recorded by CCTV cameras. According to the Deputy chief of the detective Bureau Queens South Joseph Kenny, «the offender and the victim were out of sight for about 4-5 minutes,» before Khan again appeared and escaped from the scene.

The NYPD is asking for the public»s assistance identifying the male depicted in these photos for questioning in regard to the homicide of the 92-year-old women in the area of 127th St & Liberty Ave in Queens.

He faces 25 years to life in prison if he is found guilty of a crime.

Fuertes neighbors say she was a lover of cats and fed all the animals in the area.

«She was ready to take any stray cat, said 57-year-old neighbor, Shanti Frames. Sometimes she knocked on my door and asked if we had seen any cats. She is a very good man.»

RAM noted that Fuertes «loved to walk at night» and that her son repeatedly told her not to go so late.
