In the United States, the plane landed with a dead passenger

Because of the deceased passenger with the airline Air CanadaEN route to Australia, landed at Honolulu (Hawaii).

The passenger, 38-year-old Christopher Woodgate, was found dead when the flight landed in Honolulu on Saturday. This was told by Kira Paiva-Kimura, an employee of the administrative services in the office of the medical examiner of Honolulu. An autopsy will be conducted on Hawaii.

According to Peter Fitzpatrick, a spokesman for Air Canada flight from Vancouver headed to Brisbane (Australia), when it was diverted to Honolulu because of the need for emergency medical care. He did not provide details about what happened to the passenger.

«Out of respect for the privacy of customers of Air Canada can’t divulge details of the tragic incident,» wrote Fitzpatrick in an email.

As noted by Honolulu Star-Advertiser, according to Jessica Lani rich of the Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii, a nonprofit organization that helps arrived on the island and in distress, the passenger was sick before the flight. Rich added that the man was traveling with five children, wife and another relative.

On the flight there were 257 passengers and 13 crew members. The airline provided passengers with hotel rooms and food stamps. According to Peter Fitzpatrick, passengers left Honolulu Sunday for another flight.
