On the wall of a residential building in new York appeared anti-Semitic inscriptions and swastikas

In just a few hours before the new York city mayor bill de Blasio said that «we must once and for all eradicate [anti-Semitism]», the city authorities began to investigate another possible crime of hatred of Jews. On Monday, Brandi Goldstein, members of a family died during the Holocaust, found swastikas and anti-Semitic inscriptions on the walls of their houses in the Lower East side, located across the street from the synagogue.

«I’m terrified, I’m scared not only because these labels right outside my door, but because there’s kids,» said Goldstein in an interview with local media.

In an interview, she said that most of the residents of her house — the Jews. Besides, the inscription was discovered on the Day of memory of victims of the Holocaust, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp during the Second world war.

«Our society will not tolerate anti-Semitism. We are thoroughly investigating this incident.» — commented the police Department of new York in his Twitter.

As representatives of law enforcement agencies, as weekly no arrests had been. Also the police has no information about interested persons who could commit the violation.
