Shooting in Milwaukee: a pregnant mother of five killed, but the child managed to save

In the quarter, 4300 North 60th street in Milwaukee shooter opened fire from a car, making 5-6 shots and killing a pregnant mother of five, who was in the bus parked in front of the building.

As reported by ABC Action News, the bus was taken seriously wounded Annie Sandifer to the hospital of the assumption St. Joseph about 2:30 in the morning, but she survived. According to the police, the doctors did an emergency C-section to save the baby. The child was born premature in the 26th week of pregnancy, but the doctors assess his condition as stable.

The 35-year-old Annie Sandifer had five children, and at the time of his death she was pregnant with her sixth.

«She did everything that was supposed to make a good mother,’ said her cousin keisha Ducksworth. She tried struggling for their children.»

Mourners gathered on Saturday at the scene to release into the sky purple balloons and remember Annie. Lorenzo Sandifer, the husband of the murdered woman, brought a bright red balloons that he wanted to give her for Valentine’s Day. According to social networks, the couple got married only in may last year.

Family members turned to arrow with the request to surrender to the police.

Police described the assailant’s car as a silver four-door sedan. While the police still have not arrested anyone and it is not known whether the bus target of the attack.
