A resident of Michigan considers itself an incredible lucky after steel beams crashed into the windshield of his truck when he was driving on the highway.
Johnny Lowe, a father of three children, said that he was driving a 26-foot truck on Interstate 96 in Ingham County, when he saw a beam fall from the side of the truck, which was traveling ahead.
The beam pierced the windshield of the car low, crushing the instrument panel. The driver was rescued steering wheel, which stopped traffic «rails». If she was still a few inches forward, johnny probably would be dead.

«I was somehow surprisingly calm, probably just did not realize what had happened. I stopped the car, looked at the windshield, from which protruded a six-foot piece of steel, and called the authorities, told Lowe. — It was like an explosion of glass. When I got home, I had to take a vacuum cleaner and «suck» glass ears».
Jerry Babcock, CEO of DNC Logistics company, which employs johnny Lowe said he was shocked.
«What hurt the truck – no problem. We were just worried about johnny,» said Babcock.

«I feel like I need to go and buy a lottery ticket. Definitely».
The driver of the truck did not stop, but according to Lowe, he does not believe that the driver did not notice the falling steel beams.
