Their grief-stricken mother Shagufta Samas told the coroner that «she went into the water to try to urinate to some of the children,» the report says. «The sand beneath my feet resisted, and I tried to approach the girl,» she said. «It all happened within a few minutes. Except, in this area there should be signs saying that the water should not go, because it can happen like that?»

Senior coroner for Essex Caroline Beasley-Murray said that in the area near the water to place the warning signs you want to print in large font and they look like so that was easily understandable to children, the report says.

Caroline Beasley-Murray told the grieving mother that she «demonstrated an extreme degree of dignity» during the investigation of all the circumstances of the incident with her children.

«Your children were definitely very loved, and was waiting for them a bright future,» she said, according to BBC. «I hope that you can return to the happy memories that keep them both».
