Student six stitches after a quarrel with a teacher who had hit his head on a bottle of juice

11-year-old boy from Texas was taken to hospital by air where he had six stitches on his forehead after a fight with his school teacher, according to ABC News.

The incident occurred on 19 February in Houston, when the mother of a student of urban primary school Kian Randolph called the school nurse and reported that her son, a fifth grader of Kamouri Williamson was injured in a quarrel. Worried mother instantly rushed to the school, where he discovered a large open wound on the forehead of his son. The injury was quite serious, because this Kamouri was taken by air to medical center of Texas. Qian was shocked when I found out that the boy was injured during a quarrel with a teacher.

«Nobody deserves this, especially my son. I would have never thought this would happen with my child.» said shocked Randolph.

The family’s lawyer Adam Ramidi believes that the teacher should take responsibility for his actions. According to him, teachers are required to know the rules of behavior and education when they are near children.

«I have great confidence in the justice system,» says Remigi. «So I hope that this guy will be prosecuted for doing something he wasn’t supposed to do.»

Independent school district cypress-Fairbanks, where the school is located, issued an official statement in which has told about the arisen situation.

«Last Wednesday the elementary school student took a medical emergency that necessitated urgent treatment. The employee was placed on administrative leave and the incident is currently under investigation.» — said in a statement.

Kamouri went back to school after the incident while a teacher is on leave because the investigation is ongoing, but the parents of 11-year-old continues to be concerned about.

«[The teacher] will not be able to work again with children.» said alarmed by Randolph. «For me, as a mother, it was very, very sad to watch. It is very painful. No one should be treated like a child .»
