The nurse won coronavirus and went back to work, but after a few days she was severely beaten

A nurse from new York, recently recovered from coronavirus, has become the victim of a brutal attack and robbery — in just a few days after it went to work.

Wednesday, April 15, Martha Toscano just got off the train and walked in Bellevue Hospital, when she was attacked by a group of 15 people. March did not have time to recover, as she was knocked to the ground and began beating him.

«I thought I was going to kill me. — told Toscano, 60, in an interview with New York Post — hit Me on the head, then in the face, I fled and fell, and they continued to beat me.»

The woman was rescued by the timely appearance of good Samaritans: to help rushed three men passing by in cars and spagnolli robbers. However, the attackers managed to escape with a bag of Martha, where was her ID, house keys and credit cards.

Toscano was lucky to escape only with bruises and contusions, but, according to the woman, the pain is nothing compared to the fear in which she now lives. Mar admitted he did not know when I will be able to get back to work.

«Sunday was my first day of work, she explains through tears — and then suddenly it is».

On Thursday, the police managed to detain three suspects in the attack: two girls, 14 and 15, whose names have not been disclosed, as well as 19-year-old Deshaun Harrison. He was charged with robbery in the second degree.
