Police in new York are investigating the death of a woman whose body washed up on a Rockaway beach.
According to the NYPD, on Friday, may 1, at about 8:15 a.m. the man walking his dog found the body Arusyak Turabyan, which, as expected, was about 30 years old. It swam near Beach 84th St. and Shore Front Parkway near the shoreline of Rockaway beach.
Turabyan have no ID, and she was dressed in jeans and a bra, told the DAILY NEWS sources with knowledge of the matter. During the inspection, the police found the woman’s head wound. Specialists have not been able to determine, when there is a trauma before her death or after.
An autopsy was scheduled to determine the cause of death.
