A man from Brooklyn, who dropped the tree branch he received compensation from the city for $3.85 million.

Jesus Santiago was returning home from the Public library in Manhattan, where he works, when suddenly he fell off the branch of the Norwegian maple. The incident occurred on Avenue H between 17th and 18th street in the Flatbush district.

The lawyers were going to call a meeting for Monday to determine the amount of compensation, but the city has already solved this problem.
«It was an accident. Compensation is the best solution for both parties, — said the press-Secretary of the legal Department of the city.
