At the hands of bully injured 10-year-old girl and a woman. The girl’s mother told investigators that she saw a man sprays the contents of the pepper spray in the face of her 10-year-old daughter and another woman who stood nearby. The incident occurred in the subway E, on Saturday at about 12:20. Motives of act of man unknown, police said.
The suspect, 24-year-old Dasan Simpkins, was arrested by Desk Sergeant at the station 46th Street M/R to Astoria. He is accused of assault, illegal possession of weapons and for the safety of the child, according to the NYPD.

According to police and prosecutors, he already has 25 prior arrests, and he had previously been accused under article about threats and intimidation.
Deposit Simpkins is $ 30,000. Now he is in custody in Manhattan, and on Friday he will stand trial.
