Early Wednesday morning, August 9, a 52-year-old woman living in an apartment building in Brooklyn, Dyker Heights, was subjected to domestic violence. Forty-two male, who was her roommate, stabbed her multiple stab wounds.
The police arrived on the scene only seven o’clock in the morning, when the victim was already dead. Officers arrested the suspect, who had a broken arm.
The man was taken to the hospital and Maimonides Medical Center, where he treated the wound. We also found out that he had previously suffered mental illness.
Going to a call, law enforcement officers mistakenly assumed that there will be more victims. The person who called 911, claimed that the man living in 877th house on Bay Ridge Avenue, stabbed three.
The apartment 3Lwhere the victim and suspect lived together with his daughter and mother found the knife, which became the murder weapon. But the victim was only one.
Police are still busy investigating the crimes, and the names of the deceased and the suspect remain secret. It is only known that they were not romantically involved.
